Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of geniedataflow.com, an independent blog operated from Denver, Colorado. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
GenieDataFlow publishes educational essays about Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Copilot, bots, and related workflows. The text is commentary and instruction. It is not legal advice, not an official support channel, and not a promise that a flow will behave the same way in your tenant tomorrow.
Your use
You may read, link, and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy whole essays onto another site, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the forms. You agree that information you send is accurate enough for us to reply.
Intellectual property
The essays, the GenieDataFlow name, and the original layout are ours. Product names mentioned in the essays belong to their owners, as described in the trademarks section below.
Trademarks
This blog publishes independent educational content, tutorials, and commentary about automating and extending Microsoft Teams. We are not Microsoft Corporation, and we have no business affiliation with Microsoft. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site (including Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot) are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement. Screenshots, if any, are illustrative recreations, not official Microsoft materials.
Microsoft, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, and other Microsoft product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. GenieDataFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law, we are not liable for lost time, lost data, tenant misconfiguration, or indirect damages that result from following an essay or from the site being unavailable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places the limitation applies only as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Denver County, Colorado, are the venue for disputes, unless a consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
